Thankful Thursday

Welcome to Thankful Thursday. I have found that being thankful helps put stresses at ease. Truly, life is stressful but there's no need to focus energy on things that can't be changed.
There's many things to be thankful for and I usually choose something obvious like pets, family, and friends. I am thankful for all of these precious moments of life.
Today, I am thankful for a good laugh. Observe the photo below with the bag of ice. That was how The COPA Reefers cooled the equipment at our first pool party. The equipment died multiple times from heat exhaustion and at the time I was frustrated. Another priceless moment to chuckle at. Fortunately, we have better equipment to play gigs and if you need a band in Oklahoma City, that plays Jimmy Buffet, Eagles, and original tunes let me know! :)
If you have a good story, please share it with me and stay tuned for Friday Chaos!

I picked all these blogs because I really like reading them and hope to get to know each blogger better. I am new to the blogging community and its been a pleasure getting to know everyone. Hopefully, I am entertaining enough for all you awesome people. As per my usual, here is one of my photos. Please enjoy in honor of National Taco Day, which was October 4th. I had tacos for lunch and dinner. END

High Five for Friday!

These are my top picks for this week.  It's not in chronological order. In fact, it's not in any logical order. I am frustrated with my ipad, the apps, and blogger but I will find a way to work with it.
I have made my own healthy lunch with the handy compartments. I love all things organized including food. My team took a break to Chelinos for dinner after work. I think the Okie-Mex is not good for my health but very good for my taste buds. The COPA Reefers practiced very hard this week since we have a show Saturday. I am excited to play piano! That's why there's two photo collages from band practice. I also enjoyed my lunch at the Myriad Gardens. It's very soothing to go there even though the temperatures are intense. Let's link up and share more H54F!

Revitalized Synergy

Dear bloggy friends, Thank you for your inspiring posts. I am feeling ready to blog again. I plan to link up with you on all sorts of interesting posts such as High Five for Friday and the Instagrid party. I love your stories and hopefully you will enjoy mine. I will be sharing more about myself, my life, and my photos. I am passionate about many things including music (I am in the Copa Reefers band!), art, nutrition, fitness, stress relief, and pets (I have two Bengal kitties.) My goals from this online adventure is to have fun, meet new bloggy friends, and learn from others. I hope to have 100 readers by the end of the year. Someday I would like to make some money from this venture but I'm not in a rush for that. ;) One final question: how has blogging enriched your life? END
