Silly Saturday

I have been traumatized by dentists. I'm only thinking of this since I just had a fake crown installed and its been sore. I had an emergency root canal the day and time I was supposed to help R pack the uhaul for the move to Oklahoma City. Nobody was happy that day. I had major surgery with sutchures and couldn't eat or drink for about a month. The cavities are countless. When my wisdom teeth were removed, the dentist let me drive home in a drugged up state. Once home, I couldn't figure out how to swallow. That was some serious drugs! Mom came to the rescue that day. I have had two appointments in my adult life that had no issues to report. I'm wondering, are these dentists making stuff up to torture me financially and physically?
Dentists.
Perhaps untrustworthy but definitely questionable.
I swear I take care of my teeth but clearly my teeth don't take care of me.

Positive Thinking

Today’s rating is Positive.

I haven’t officially counted all of the strategies I use to combat stress but I use a lot of different techniques. I have never used drugs, even during the most depressing and darkest of days. Typically, I stick to natural holistic methods. Today’s tip is to think positively. Its easy to do when life is smooth sailing but needs to be a conscience daily effort.

I am usually a positive, upbeat, friendly person. When things overwhelm me and get me down it is hard to keep thinking positive thoughts. I have read about self-fulfilling prophecies and I’ve learned that what we think will happen usually does. I have been successful with positive thinking because I have good friends. If you find yourself having a difficult time thinking positively, then you should ask a friend for encouragement. It makes all the difference.
