Weigh in Wednesday


I've gained about 3 pounds in one week or 4 pounds in two weeks. That's just crazy. I'm going to research vegetarian sources of protein and see if I can use that to lose the weight before sandals. It's only 58 days and I'm not sure that's enough time. 
I'm sure the beer has something to do with it. I'm not sure I want to quit drinking beer. That seems unreasonable especially since I want to brew. The balance is out there. I haven't found it yet.

  1. haha...I skipped weighing today (not intentionally) but I noticed that I bloated/gained up 4lbs in three days. So yeah, 4pounds in two weeks....doesn't look too bad next to me. haha.

    Keep going, it will come off!

  2. Good luck finding the right balance. I started the Whole 30 pretty much on a whim. Just one quick yes before I realized what was involved. No alcohol :( But it's only for 30 days and then you can add whatever you want back in afterwards. Sorry, don't mean to sound like an infomercial.

  3. You can do this without giving up beer, I promise! I love beer too and usually treat myself to 2 per week (craft beers, not light yucky beers!). I'm still able to lose weight as long as I balance this with exercise. You can do it!
