Weight loss Wednesday

Welcome to weight loss Wednesday. I am in a constant battle to lose weight and I have recently learned the battle never ends. It's come to my attention that I have gained 20 pounds in the past 3 (maybe 4) years. How disheartening to know that I successfully lost 20 pounds but let it all come back! My resolve is stronger than previous weeks with this recent revelation. I am returning to my workouts that facilitated the previous weight loss. 45 minutes of elliptical trainer 6 days a week. I'm hoping for a one pound loss this week. My goals are revised to lose 15 pounds and fit into my shorts. I've had two stinking hot summers with too tight shorts (which meant I wasn't wearing them.) this summer will be different. I'm excited to read your posts and am looking for guest posts.     Weight loss, as well as nice abs, is made in the kitchen. That's what I've learned. When I stopped eating fried food and chips (especially potato chips!), and when I stopped drinking soda, I noticed definition in my stomach for the first time.
