Welcome to weight loss Wednesday. I am in a constant battle to lose weight and I have recently learned the battle never ends. It's come to my attention that I have gained 20 pounds in the past 3 (maybe 4) years. How disheartening to know that I successfully lost 20 pounds but let it all come back! My resolve is stronger than previous weeks with this recent revelation. I am returning to my workouts that facilitated the previous weight loss. 45 minutes of elliptical trainer 6 days a week. I'm hoping for a one pound loss this week. My goals are revised to lose 15 pounds and fit into my shorts. I've had two stinking hot summers with too tight shorts (which meant I wasn't wearing them.) this summer will be different. I'm excited to read your posts and am looking for guest posts.
