Weight loss Wednesday

Dear friends, I'm almost done with my trip to Phoenix for training. I checked the scale last Tuesday and yesterday. I have not gained a pound. It appeared that I may have lost half a pound but I'm not going to get too excited. I need routine. I'm working on a list of foods that I can live without. Some foods are not worth eating for fuel or for taste. Last nights dinner was a burger w/o the bun and a salad. I had a light beer with it and I ate it very late. Late dinners don't work for me. How is your journey going? If you need encouragement, trust me. You can do it. Given enough time, I will too. Thanks for reading and stay tuned for thankful Thursday.

  3. Sometimes maintaining is a good thing - especially when your routine gets interrupted. I hope the half pound loss is real and you get to see that on your scale at home!
