Weight loss Wednesday
I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. I used to be overweight two different times but I've been able to lose it. I have gained and lost the same 10 pounds too. Recently, I read an intuitive blog post about weight loss. In honor of that post and Bob Harper's skinny rules, I am focusing my attention on nutrition. Currently, diet soda is out along with all fake sugars. I'm enjoying a protein shake for breakfast. Meat, veggies, and cheese are my lunch. I want to eat less processed foods. I'll report to you next Wednesday to see how things go. We are out of town this weekend and I'll face many tough choices.
