It is weight loss Wednesday and I am admitting to struggling with my sweet tooth. Last night I made a 60 second chocolate chip cookie thanks to Pamala's Heavenly Treats. The recipe can be found at this link: http://pamelasheavenlytreats.blogspot.com/2012/10/60-second-chocolate-chip-cookie-in-cup.html
and I am not
happy that my BlogDocs app has decided to not function correctly for me.
Workout: yesterday I was sore from my workout. Today, I did 20 minutes
on the elliptical and
15 minutes weight training. It was an
excellent workout for me.
Oh my goodness..now I want cookies! I'm definitely wrestling with my sweet tooth since the weather has turned cooler.

Hi Tracy!
DeleteI'm always wrestling with my sweet tooth. :)
I've been seeing this recipe almost every day for 2 weeks now and I've yet to try it. It's so simple too. Something...somewhere....is telling me to make one of these heavenly cookies.
ReplyDeleteDid it taste as good as it looked?
