Happy Independence Holiday Weekend!

I am celebrating the end of unemployment and the beginning of a new career. Fireworks are my favorite and I hope to watch some all weekend long.

Exploring

Everything is fresh and exciting. Going to the grocery store seems to be far away but that could be because I haven’t learned my neighborhood yet. In between study sessions, I have gone out on foot or on bike to get to know my new home.

I went to Paseo Arts District and discovered an arts festival for the holiday weekend. There were vendors of art and live music. What have you done for the holiday weekend?
