Clearly, my nutrition is still off. This week I have been focusing on portion size and not necessarily avoiding certain foods. I will be on vacation in 4 short days and I can't expect to be working on my diet. I plan to research various nutrition plans. I'm ready for a new plan and a change of pace but I'm not sure what it should be yet. In my experience, I can gain weight and also successfully lose it. The changes in body size either up or down are never over night changes. It's always over a long period of time. That's why I find it has been good to change things from time to time.
