It is an amazingly beautiful autumn morning:) the sun is out and there is that usual crispness that lets me know the weather is changing. I made meringue cookies this morning with my new mixer...daddy had to buy some superfine sugar when he went to get the Sunday paper...the first batch was a little dark, but delicious:) the rest are baking in the warmed oven for 3 hours!!! I miss you:( love, mommy
