Thanks to my friend Barb Hughes, who wrote this blog post on being happier. I highly recommend that you read this blog post because it has some interesting insights that I was not aware of. I'm going to start out at the top and start counting my blessings. I hope that I get to a high number. According to this study, people who literally count their blessings have a greater sense of well-being.
I'm counting my blessings and reaping the benefits. I'm smiling just thinking about it.
