Make A Difference Monday

Welcome to make a difference Monday! This post is dedicated to making our world a better place. This is important to me. I am just one person but I do what little I can to make my community a better place. At this moment, I am not volunteering but look forward to the next opportunity. Truthfully, I am a very selfish person and have not stepped far out of my comfort zone. That kind of giving has not made sense to me. If giving becomes too uncomfortable, where will the motivation to keep moving forward come from? There is nothing wrong with giving what you want to give and reaping benefits. Strengthens

Philipians 4:13 So if we can do all things through Christ, does that mean we should feel like we can? I keep trying to remember this verse but it hasn't brought me any comfort lately.

I am feeling crushed by embarrassment, bills, and my day to day life. If I can get through all this pain with Christ, why don't I feel better?

Dear Lord, please help me deal with the stresses around me and bring me some financial relief. Amen.
